Has the closure vote been postponed then? Sounds like they’re not going to have time to all read it. I thought there was a 48-hour required between the first and second phase. Mitch did say the closure vote would be Friday, and then the total vote final vote Sunday I think.

I just filed cloture on Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. There will be plenty of time for Members to review and be briefed on this supplemental material before a Friday cloture vote.
My fault: I confused filing for cloture with voting for cloture!
