Colleague Mike Emanuel confirms FBI will send 1 copy of Kavanaugh rpt to CapHill. Will be kept in a safe. Will go 1st to WH. Then to Judiciary Cmte. Access as to who gets to see rpt likely to be restricted

Are they sure the FBI won’t hold onto it for a few months & then redact half of it?
