Whatever RR did, was apparently payment in full for past transgressions. So, Q thinks what he is doing is helpful for Kavanaugh, even though Flake is a traitor.
Or he’s about to get his payment in full...in the bad sense.
It could be RR + the Mule = Gray Hat scenario - deeds to account for are now settled by acting out their role(s) in The Plan - the final good deed being helping get Ford etc. now under scrutiny ... or it could be they’re black hats and RR is setting his final debt to DS by intervening. TBD ;)
