Thank you for the additional information. I did not know that Saturn was an occult symbol and the cake with cherry is especially creepy. Not to mention the devilish creatures with red eyes. I wasnt sure why you were asking me about the pentagram cookie cutter but now I see you were trying to lead us further down the path. Their symbolism will be
Their downfall.
I think you are doing fine.
Before finishing my first quarter of college Art History - taught by a wonderfully down-to-earth and voluble professor - I had come to the conclusion that a great deal of art (fine or otherwise) was packed with stuff that meant nothing to the masses but quite a bit to the select. Once I could see that Reddit dealio clearly, I did think to myself, "why in the hell did they choose/do that?"
Did some doof doing the gruntwork come up with this at random? Did a thousand monkeys with Creative Cloud chairs churn it out? Did someone copy a joke herald from a safety-pin satanist's site? Was some smart-ass being "cute" and amusing himself at a client's expense? Is this the end result of a couple of graphic designers or technogeeks bullshi##ing after a little weed? Don't get me wrong... I have grabbed disparate elements out of the air or my metaphorical butt to meet a deadline, but some odd choices seem to have been made here. Who made em? And why? Are the cigars just cigars - so to speak - or something else?
I get it now.
Not everyone has the type of intelligence you do. I am not being sarcastic; my type of understanding points differently, so I appreciate the explanations (of explanations).
