I cannot remember where I first heard of “Hogan’s Goat”, but it was circa 1962, in York County, PA. I occasionally mention Hogan’s Goat when criticizing a current fuster cluck somewhere on the planet. I am 79 yrs old, and you are the only person in all those years to mention it.

I’ve heard that expression before. My dad used to say it. So I looked it up.
