Maybe a hypnotist planted false memories of a "generic" attacker in Ford and other women (back when Romney was running, and he had a short list of Supreme Court candidates, each of whom happened to be a past acquaintance of one of those women).   Then, later, those memories were reactivated in whichever one of those women knew the S.C. candidate actually selected (by Trump now), and those false memories were updated by the hypnotist with a specific personal identity and name connected as the "attacker" memory, once they knew for sure who was going to be picked for the Supreme Court opening by Trump, and knew which woman would have to be the "victim" due to her acquaintance with the actual S.C. selection.
