They can’t have an FBI investigation. The only reason the FBI was brought in for Thomas vs Anita is/was that the allegations occurred in a Federal facility and both were Federal employees with FBI having jurisdiction. In Kavanaugh's case there was no Federal Coke can or Federal pubic hair.
