Who it helps has yet to be seen. Republicans are livid. But they are livid at idiots like Grassley and disgusted by evil terrorists like Feinstein. Whether they reward the idiots or stay home, we don’t know yet. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, Republicans will hopefully remember this circus and turn out to vote more Republicans in. But if Kavanaugh is left to twist, and defeated, then the disgust is likely to depress voting tremendously. That’s just my intuition on it; we won’t know til November.
A once decent man who had the same kind of common sense that good farmers had to have, but - sadly - probably past it (like so many senators)... and with a staff that isn't always reliable (like so many senators).
