From their POV, it’s enough that he’s a Republican. That darn old projection again. Of course, they see us as the doom and gloom we see them as. But it was still amazing that Sullivan stayed rational and logical so long in that article. I read that as meaning those not over into the Dem twilight zone have an excellent chance of landing on our side, since even Sullivan was shocked into finding himself there for a minute.
Well, he HASN’T planned to blow up the rule of law, that’s projection. He plans to USE the law because the law is on his side. However, from Andrew Sullivan’s point of view, I can see how it looks like he’s ripping “society” to bits.
