In agreement. My question is pretty simple. Judge K was a Juvenile when this allegedly happen. First the matter has to be confidential. Second, he could only be charged with harassment. At best there is no case even if they conclude something happened. Why are the R’s letting this continue?

Why are the R’s letting this continue?The only answer I find feasible is...Give them more rope. They'll eventually hit the bottom of it in the end.
It may very well end up backfiring. They do seem like Elmer Fudd hunting rabbits.
