Perhaps they have been holding out for various promises and guarantees before committing their votes... :-(
What a disappointing day.
Flake is a TRAITOR!
I just remembered about the guys who said that they were the ones who had the incident with Blowsey. It might be a good idea for the FBI to interview those guys and get their stories into the report as well.
Not entirely disappointing. Judge K did get out of committee. Dems wanted to bottle it up there for another week. Now they’re dealing with McConnell, not Grassley. Grassley got played today with that 4 hour delay.
hmmmm...
I wonder why the FBI would even investigate ?
Would all the supposed party attendees, all of a sudden, change their story ?
We’ve already got Ford’s compromised testimony on record, so no need to investigate that.
The only thing I can think of is, RATs will say the FBI investigation was always meant to include
Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick and the RATs will demand that.
and that will require at least 2-3 years.
If he is so inclined to allow an investigation, I would like to see the President be specific about what the FBI should investigate.
Update: The Senate Judiciary Committee released a statement saying they will request that the administration instruct the FBI to conduct a supplemental FBI background investigation with respect to the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court.
PERGRAM: The supplemental FBI background investigation would be limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today.
True, however the demoRATs won’t be happy until they completely destroy Judge K and his family. I fear what might be unleashed over the coming week against him.
Just gonna have to keep praying!

1) There is one other theory on the ChinFein senator. She could have had to put her hand up there to hold herself up. She IS 85 years old. Altho she looks pretty spry.
2) Re: Blumenthal. The thing about a liar is not that everything they say is a lie. It’s that once a liar how can you ever know which of their statements are the truth and which the lie?
3) Each one of those lines sounds like a movie title. As in, Coming In October...
3) Red Tsunami: If POTUS Trump and Us WIN full control of Congress and the Supreme Court, Mr. Trump will have virtually d i c t a t o r i a l powers. Shhhh!!!!
4) re:”Ready when you are.” I say You’re a daisy if you do. I’m your huckleberry.
Maybe there can be a silver lining here. Results of this may provide proof that there is no basis for impeachment later, and uncover wrong doing by accusers?
I thought it was interesting to learn that Ford has Google interns staying in her home....and her internet presence has all but disappeared...hmmm
Trying to stay positive.
[current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today]
That leaves out new accusers.
ph
Posting blind, so sorry if already mentioned.
House voted to make tax cuts which expire in 2025 permanent. Could the Kavanaugh hearings have been a big distraction to get that passed?
Planning to post later on the topic of K. I have no conclusions, but I’d like to lay out some interesting observations.
I smell legalese.
“Credible...” What is that?
Since the prosecutor blew holes in the where and when, there’s no “credible” accusation.
“He did something, but I can’t say where, I cant’ say when, and I can’t say how I got there and how I got home” isn’t credible.
The FBI can take her letter and her screwball testimony, Kavanaugh and others’ “we have no idea of what she’s talking about” testimony, say “we can’t do anything more with this,” do it in two days and we’re done.
Sessions hasn’t recused from this, so Jeff...get on it!
I'm starting to think this was a Brer Rabbit moment. It's win-win for pubs. Are you SUPER DUPER SURE you want that FBI investigation? 'Cuz we'll do it if you really want to. The FBI will prolly reject the case based on lack of evidence and statue limitations for at best misdemeanor assault.
It is unlikely to get a vote in the Senate according to 'sources'. The House doesn't need a distraction to pass anything.
.
No kidding!
(and a long prayer!)
thanks.
looks like that does bring Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick into the investigation.
take more than a week to define current credible allegations.
flippin repubs...
.
I strongly suspect that there are many Dem senators that will destroy their political careers if they vote against Kavanaugh.
