Does Grassley sign his letters like that? Individuals are individuals. I’m not leaning either way, just want facts. Hopefully it will be made clear whether or not that letter is authentic (maybe has been in the last couple hours).

The CM I worked for did. I recall a letter I saw where he had crossed off the Sec of the Navy’s correct title and full name and wrote ‘Bill’ and then put a line through his signature block and wrote his first name.
