I recall that Rachel Brand resigned, early on, about the time following Sally Yates firing. Q may have made reference to Brand’s “resignation” as
[FORCED], I’m not sure offhand, but she was allowed to resign according to public reports.

Sorry I wasn’t clear; maybe someone else already explained. But Rachel Brand would have been the one to take RR’s place in event of RR leaving his position.

And that is why, IIRC, she was removed, so she would not replace RR as apparently she is derp.
