Rosenstein signed the 4th FISA, in summer 2017. I think the post meant that RR was not allowed to handle any FISA subpoenas that may have been requested recently. Could be the court said he’s not trusted since he testified he doesn’t read them, could be the IG said he shouldn’t because he has a conflict, could be Sessions said he (RR) can’t handle them any more. We don’t know yet.
RR signed 4th ... But we don’t know what he signed - more of same ala “now even NYT has an article ...” Or “get FISC looks like some funny business here, we’re looking into this” ... TBD ;)
