If they had a FISA warrant on her they would not reveal it for this mess... they would be more interested in who the information is leaking to on the Chinee side.

That is absolutely true. I was just pointing out to someone who was theorizing about a FISA on Feinstein due to her Chinese spy that the Chinese aide was found about 5 years ago, and so there would be no basis for a FISA today. Unless there’s someone else. If there was someone else, and if they had a FISA on that person (highly dubious ifs) they would not be revealing the intelligence gained in connection with this domestic matter.
