I was just pointing out to someone who was theorizing about a FISA on Feinstein due to her Chinese spy that the Chinese aide was found about 5 years ago, and so there would be no basis for a FISA today. Unless there’s someone else. If there was someone else, and if they had a FISA on that person (highly dubious ifs) they would not be revealing the intelligence gained in connection with this domestic matter.
