Another thing that is strange about the Swetnick allegations. I graduated from HS in 1981 - about the same time as this incident. Drinking was not legal in our state, but people certainly did drink (no drugs), so we were not angels by any stretch of the imagination.
However, I don’t know anybody who was having sex as a freshman, and very few by time they were seniors. If somebody had a crush on somebody or kissed, everybody at school new about it. Most boys & girls were too shy or embarrassed to talk to the other sex, not alone have sex. Certainly, nobody was “pulling any trains” or having raving sex parties. Kids might have bragged, but very few actually did anything sexual.
