Senator has scheduled a vote (required by Senate rules), but have extended the deadline to 2200 EST to hear from Ford on whether she will appear. If she agrees, the vote will be postponed.
My guess is that she will not appear. Her side had recognized that she cannot testify under oath. These is just a Kubuki dance.
