In order to prepare for Monday’s hearing, and any discussions with Dr. Ford that occur before then, I must review the unredacted letter that Dr. Ford sent to you, dated July 30, 2018. I ask that you send me a copy of the original, unredacted letter immediately.

NOTE by now asking to have the hearing delayed again, there will/would be no time to have Judge K confirmed before the Court convenes a week from Monday which is their current objective here. Any cases heard that result in a 4-4 tie would have to be reheard once Kavanaugh (or other successor) is seated.
