CNN reporting “Ford accepts request to testify before Senate Judiciary Cmte.” and that Ford attorney is hoping to have a phone call meeting sometime this weekend to begin negotiating the terms for her appearance - so this may just be another delay.

Thank you for staying on top of this with updates. Maybe they are just tightening up the optics while delaying. Before, it could be said “she refused to testify” (unless her demands were met). Now, it can be said “she agreed to testify” (if her demands are met). No real change other than optics.
