Inquiring mind wants to know: what is the Justice for Victims of Lynching Act?

I was going to underline that - it appears to me that the DEMs are saying, fine, have the vote on Judge K and that block of other Judges (including 8th Circuit and 3 for Illinois) - we’ll have a show vote on the “Justice for Victims of Lynching Act” sponsored by DEMs and Tim Scott (R-SC) so then they can attack REPs as being racists, etc.

This is the best sign to me that the DEMs don’t believe she’s coming and are expecting to vote on things Monday AM

I looked up the Lynching act. Looks like a sop to the democrats, maybe it will make them allow a vote.
