That does not even look real.
IF SHE GETS EVERYTHING SHE WANTS, MAYBE SHE’LL TESTIFY THURSDAY
Breaking: Kavanaugh Accuser Christine Blasey Ford Testimony Tentatively Scheduled for Thursday as Negotiations Carry Over to Sunday
Dr. Christine Blasey Fords attorneys have reached a tentative agreement during a conference call with bi-partisan committee staffers for her to testify on Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committeewho regarding her uncorroborated accusations that Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her decades ago at a drunken high school pool party. Kavanaugh adamantly denies Blasey Fords accusations and has had dozens of women who have known him for decades come to his defense as character witnesses.
Reporters posted about the tentative deal Saturday night.
CNNs Manu Raju captured what everyone else is reporting, A person briefed on the bipartisan call between Ford and Hill staff told me the call was short but very productive. 15-20 minutes. They tentatively agreed to THURSDAY hearing. But they will discuss more details tomorrow since there some outstanding issues.
The White House issued a statement shortly before the news broke of a tentative appearance by Blasey Ford that talked about Kavanaughs unequivocal readiness to testify immediately.
Statement from @WhiteHouse spokesperson @Kerri_Kupec. “Brett Kavanaugh has been clear from the beginning - he catagorically and unequivalently denies this allegation and is eager to testify publicly to defend his integrity and clear his good name. On Monday, Brett Kavanaugh met with Committee counsels to answer questions subject to criminal penalties and offered to testify publicly Tuesday morning. Since then, we have heard about different dates, conditions, and ever changing schedules, but today we appear no closer to a fair hearing. But one thing has remained consistent: Brett Kavanaugh remains ready, willing and eager to testify as soon as possible.”
