In this excerpt from the NYT Link in Q drop #2151, I find this excerpt astounding:

Rosenstein “....did tell Mr. McCabe that he might be able to persuade Attorney General Jeff Sessions and John F. Kelly, then the secretary of homeland security and now the White House chief of staff, to mount an effort to invoke the 25th Amendment.

THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND STUPID!

On second thought, I don’t believe this as written. I can’t believe Rosenstein thought he could “persuade” Sessions and Kelly. It’s either flat-out fabrication (SOP for NYT) or Rosenstein believed he could threaten/force them (e.g., fabricated blackmail content), which is equally stupid.
