It’s a tremendous time saver, but sometimes it bites me when I’m not looking. Some of the aggregators have hidden 8ch links. In qmap.pub, I have to make sure to remove any Anon “Titles”. The others sometimes have live links to 8ch in the coded number in the upper right.
You can screen for 8ch links by looking at everything hyperlinked (underlined) in the left window. If I’m not sure if there’s an 8ch link hidden in there, I paste it in the free “notepad” application that comes with Windows and search for 8ch before posting it to FR.
But yes - I shudder to recall the days of formatting 20 links in a row manually! :)
