1) "First sentence" says RR may RECUSE. That could mean he is being called as a witness.

2) I have always suspected the 20 pages are self-incrimination ... BUT OF WHOM?? Could a (white hat) RR have set the conspirators up?

3) I have never found the bracket [] to be totally simplistic in interpretation. Could [RR] mean "Not RR" ?

I think the [20] could well include turning the tables, hunters became the hunted.

I think brackets mean focus; not necessarily always bad guy targeting.
