Shrillery was talking about the DUMBs--Deep Underground Military Bases
Purportedly there are 800 of them in the USA. Certainly there are several dozen. Huge underground cities well stocked with food; buildings on streets like a normal town a mile or so underground.
The elite have cards or chip implants authorizing their entry into such DUMBs.
There have been rumors that the white hats have sent the Marines into a number of them to destroy them and arrest those already there. I have no idea about the truth of those rumors. Plausible.
I do believe that GOD WILL CRUSH THOUSANDS OF THE EVIL DOERS IN THOSE DUMBS--perhaps at the time of the great global earthquake at the time of Armageddon.
God's script will have precedence over satan's by a long shot. Satan will not be allowed to complete his END TIMES destructiveness until God allows it.
