You are making it too complicated.

Just find pictures and save them to a file on your computer.

Edit (add text) the pictures in MS Paint, a basic easy to use photo editor on all computers using windows.

Then you can upload the meme from your computer to https://postimages.org/ for an URL that you can use to post on this forum.
