Dual citizenship had previously been banned in the United States, but in 1967 the US Supreme Court struck down most laws forbidding dual citizenship.
Haven’t read the 1967 SCOTUS case but the Justices were Warren, Black, Fortas, Brennan, Douglas, Marshall, White, Stewart, Harlan.
I’m not familiar enough to know what the record of that court was but Earl Warren gave us the Warren Commission Report on the JFK assassination and it is coming to light that this report was a sham.
