Meyer, she can't have a case. Pesky ol statute of limitations. Nothing to investigate, not even an old police report or CPS report to refer to. Such a damn shame.
Although, based on what I saw of her yearbook, I don't really think there was an operating CPS office within 20 miles of that girl's school.
