Arizona moves to revoke licenses from all Southwest Key migrant-children shelters
“The shelter operator missed a Sept. 14 deadline to double-check the clearance of its 2,000-plus employees, many of whom work with migrant children.
The state had requested that check after repeated reports of abuse of migrant children by Southwest Key employees, and after state inspections found repeated instances where the company had not received fingerprint-clearance cards from its hires, as the state requires.”
