The EMS "test" was delayed because of DEM obstruction re Judge K. My guess is that if the "test" was a placeholder for then ongoing ops +/- they don't want to blow the shot to see what happens prematurely.

But [RR] stand down due to K conf?

I'm reminded RR was at the confirmation hearing and gave Judge K. a big smile + handshake. Stand down due to K conf? I have interpretations in mind but not making sense. Though anything involving RR is not supposed to make sense (by design lol)

Everything RR from Q is ambiguous. This is no different.

If [RR] means RR recuses from Mueller oversight ... and then starts arresting people ...

Certainly all acts which create disturbance in the system will be put off until K is confirmed. That is paramount. We will need the 5-4 court to pull off the Storm.

Even the "DELAYS" in following through on POTUS's orders to DECLAS could be interpreted as allowing Senate to stay focused on K.

Nothing makes sense regarding Rosenstein including Q posts. You get post like this one then you get ones that make Rosenstein out to be a bad actor. What if he is a sting operation?

These guys came on the the Trump administration knowing Trump has the intelligence information on the whole conspiracy......Why include yourself in the conspiracy unless it is to help take it down when you have first hand knowledge that it is being taken down from people with knowledge(intelligence community) that only needs exposing to the US?

Sorry, but I still can not get my head around Mueller and Rosenstein being so stupid to really be part of the conspiracy when they could be part of a sting....which means they are supposed to be perceived as part of the conspiracy still, otherwise it does not work. If I am wrong, then these two are the stupidest people in DC for not saving themselves and going down with the rats.
