In March, 1653 perps were arrested. In June 2922 PERPS WERE ARRESTED!!! 2922! Then again in August 815 perps were arrested. So it would seem law enforcement has been quite busy, that’s 6390 prosecutions just this year, and there were arrests the other months too, just not as dramatic. Then you have multiple counts for each case, right? So that accounts for a very large number of sealed indictments.
