Not true. Whatever your view of the speculations posted here, Huber is a US Attorney with a lot of prosecutorial discretion.
But is he using his power? No evidence of it so far. Sure, these things take time, but we're way more than just a few months into this process. Hell, we're almost two years into this administration -- the mid-terms are just weeks away.
Sadly, he isn't even using the power that he does have, re the investigation and hasn't bothered to even interview the people he should have.
