I’m new, but a long-time lurker. From what I understand, according to Jonathan Turley, a constitutional professor, Huber can empanel a grand jury anywhere in the US.
Huber’s grand jury would indict. But does Huber prosecute too?
Need a legal eagle to weigh in.

On your point ... someone earlier on the thread speculated that the NSA data center in Utah might give Huber the anchor to hold trials there if the crime relates to illegal access or leaking of that NSA data.
