He was told at the time, by a professor: “Bill Clinton will be President of the United States.”
My friend said it sounded like the professor was expressing MORE than a simple prediction based upon Clinton’s ambition and ability.

President Nixon gave a speech at Oxford to the students in 1978. He said “I predict that an Oxford student will one day be President. Oh, I know you already have alumni that have been Prime Ministers. I mean President of the United States. It may be one of you here!”
