Interesting. Need to look into it. I like having a low-maintenance pet around at times. then again, as i get older, I am starting to travel more often.
My friend's husband was desperately allergic to cats, so they got two Rex cats. Strange looking little ones, but close your eyes and it's the closest thing to running your hand over crushed velvet I've ever felt. Smart and affectionate. When we were traveling and had multiple cats, we'd put a large, thick garbage bag into a cat box as a liner, fill it with kitty litter and stack a bunch of them for the cat sitters to put down, empty and replace. We're a pup household now, but I do miss the kitties.
