I have never formed an opinion one way or the other about whether HAARP is able to control the weather, and whether it has been used by the government. It seems a little “out there” so I have kept that theory in the back of my mind as something that might be possible, but needs more evidence.
But, even if it is possible, how could the DS do it now that Trump is in charge? If anyone has control of HAARP, it is the US military. And if it was possible, how were there zero hurricanes during Hussein’s regime? He would have loved to send some to Alabama or Mississippi or Georgia and try to make the local Republican government look bad.
On another discussion forum a science type man (very broad range of knowledge, training and experience) had worked on HAARP and explained in detail why it was not made to, and cannot, change weather patterns in any widespread or significant manner. Purely local, limited, and (as of a couple of years ago) not “on” any more.
I find 32 drops with water, and 2 with rain.
The rain over central PA (and DC too) has been unreal this year. It makes me wonder...
