Booker isn’t on white hat side - but they’re playing into the plan by releasing docs on their own & against the law; then they’ll complain that POTUS lawfully DECLAS imo ;)
Turns out ... the e-mails that Sparticus errh Booker “released” were actually already approved for release by Bush 43; it was grandstanding + histrionics! Not sure about the other docs i.e. Klobuchar & HI Senator.
