I have 2 sisters (pretty certain they are really full sisters) who had DNA sample done. One with 23 and Me the other ancestry.com. Significant report differences…hmmm. Of course now government has their DNA. I chose to forego that mess.

DNA isn’t as simple as Mom is 50% Italian so my sisters and I are 25% Italian. I’m not saying it was done correctly or incorrectly just that there can be valid differences.

What do you mean significant report differences? There will be differences. IIRC, even identical twins can have EXPRESSION of DNA differences. However, the tests should show that they are within the 0 genetic distance from one another—i.e. siblings, off-spring, aunts, uncles, grand parents—which, as sisters, they are.
