You are quite right to point out that POTUS has never directly attacked RR or Mueller, at least publicly.

What do you mean significant report differences? There will be differences. IIRC, even identical twins can have EXPRESSION of DNA differences. However, the tests should show that they are within the 0 genetic distance from one another—i.e. siblings, off-spring, aunts, uncles, grand parents—which, as sisters, they are.

The thinking this past week is/was - if there was no hearing, it was authorized by POTUS - in 2016 + 1/17 by Hussein. I’m wondering what then happened in 2017. The difficulty in speculating is that it appears the FISC has been operating (for a long time) as a rubber stamp under the presumption + necessity that the F-I/D-J & IC are acting honestly & lawfully with their submissions. I was also struck this week by the appearance of RR at Kavanaugh hearing - in all other appearances, it seems RR is on board and helping MAGA. I don’t know whether WH or BH but his role is one that has been a great actor. TBD ;)
In a lot of respects, DNA is one of the more solid kinds of evidence one can have and count on. A given genetic marker is either there or it isn't.

As “Q” posts, Hussein has been speaking to a small crowd in Anaheim, CA. Droning speech covered in full by CNN and PMSNBC. Massive projection. Obama claims that he was thrown out of Disneyland (in his youth?) - I’ve never heard this before and there are no search results on the web to ever indicate he’s made this claim before.
I don’t see why a hearing would be a legal requirement. Who’s going to argue the other side, anyway? Court could be in the bag for Derps, or just think it would be a waste of time. (Maybe FReeQ lawyers will chime in on this.)
BTW, I consider the most significant moment of the Kavanaugh hearing was when LG went off in a completely different direction, apparently with very specific purpose, and drew Kavanaugh out on some points (at the same time educating the entire nation):
1) We ARE at war, and have been since declared by Congress immediately after 911.
2) In time of war, there is a separate system of justice that applies to enemy combatants.
3) Persons have been executed under this military justice system, including some American citizens who attempted to aid Nazi saboteurs acting inside the U.S. in WWII.
4) Finally, LG asked Kavanaugh to confirm his familiarity with Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, 542 U.S. 507 (2004)-—the case which re-affirmed a U.S. citizen who is an enemy combatant (aiding an enemy with whom we are at war) can be dealt with in the Military Justice system (e.g. Gitmo).
I commented to my wife that a lot of people had to be scared silly hearing this. It was like that LITTLE RED LASER DOT appeared on their chest.
