Mayor Yoga Pants has done NOTHING for LA. I would say he has ruined LA, but it was already going down the toilet before then.

HOW COULD HE EVER WIN? His opponents have only to show videos of his GarCities along every freeway, with thousands of homeless drug addicts lying in filth doing drugs all day.

I know him. Like Kamala Harris, he’s sort of a demographic dream Dem candidate: Hispanic, Jewish, with views on everything that are pretty middle-of-the road for the 2018 Democratic Party. He’s not a dummy, and he’s done a fair job managing things in L.A. without creating too many enemies. He’s not an ideologue, but neither is really a strong visionary leader. I do think the Democrats would be crazy to nominate anyone from a deep blue place like Los Angeles in 2020, but he’s got good “genes” for a Democratic primary.

The Riverside Press Enterprise editorial stated, “If you like style over substance, Garcetti is your man.”

Even liberals are taking note.

I never see any Republicans/conservatives campaigning here. Where is this Cox 4 governor guy? Trump tweeted his praises, then the guy just disappeared. Why isn’t he even trying?!!

And I hope techie guy/Trump endorser Peter Thiel runs for Mayor. He just moved here from San Fran.
