99% sure it’s Jon Kyl. I’ve known Jon for years, corresponded with him, am friends with his son whom I taught at Brophy. Kyl all but told my brother in May that he didn't want it. This is surprising to me. Thought it would be Ducey chief/former Speaker. But not enough gravitas perhaps. So long as its not McCain detestable 2nd wife.

Kyl told me 4 months ago he had no interest in running for Flakey’s job
1) Ducey needs him, a non-controversial pick,
2) it will only be for 2 years.
