They needed one at justice and that is RR. They needed one in the IC, and McMaster was that guy. They needed one in the WH and Reince was that guy, maybe a few others. They had CIA till Haspell, jury is out on her. They didn’t have NSA and MI, and had to find a way to neutralize that adversary. They have firewalls in the Senate and in the House, too. There are firewalls all over.

Understood, and I see them all very clearly and thank you for writing it out as well. What I was asking was why it sounded like RR was a firewall and then removed, that wording had me confused.
