Each of those times are different, the +0000 would indicate a zonal difference. They are 1:27 AM, 7:15 PM and 8:06 PM Greenwich Mean Time
World wide ops use gmt Greenwich mean time to coordinate and sync. That way you just give the one time that everything is to begin then all the participants can figure out what time that would be in thier specific time zone. You wouldn’t tell the guy in Afghanistan you want an attack to start at 4 pm New York time for example...
