My take is this...
It is always a good idea to save files not only on your system but as well as on a second drive NOT ONLINE like a USB plug in etc just in case things get dicey...
Also I highly recommend that you begin using a VPN for ALL activity on the Web, it creates some challenges where Google, Facebook etc suddenly seem to not be able to recognize you as your IP address changes as well as location.
I laugh when I see it as I know they are being thwarted, and that is a good thing

Last, all of the Snow White stuff to me is more Five Eyes and F7 Algorithm based compromised routers that have been cleaving data streams using that mode (F7) to take copies of data streams for analysis etc. My understanding is the Snow White effort is a cluster of Servers used for data movement and management per what Snowden outlined in his messages as well as compellingly shown in the movie Snowden which I highly recommend you watch, very illuminating
Overall I suspect that activity on the Public Internet to get a little weird as the Deep State mechanisms for stealing info has been injured and possibly fully disabled, they are now a wounded animal

I just watched Snowden! For anyone as deep into this stuff as we are it was like reading the prequel. Explains what those “CIA tools” were that were leaked. Short version: they can look out of your phone, your computer, they can read anything you write, hear anything you say, and they use it, indiscriminately to snoop on anyone they feel like, FISC be damned.
