That’s an intrusive form of shadowbanning, intrusive in the sense that an algorithm directly creates a block of a targeted account among user accounts.
I ask myself why would Twitter not shadowban POTUS in the known way where his tweets are blocked and never received? I think the answer is obvious. POTUS would find out.
If there are many twitter accounts like yours that were changed without your knowledge, that is actionable in court.
