he's still got Manafort on the Virginia case concluded a few weeks ago.

So what if Manafort is found guilty?

He doesn't touch Trump.

#GetOverManafort

p.s. Jack. Please read the Oracle. Q, Trump, and America need your particular skill set. Read the Oracle for further details.

Your country calls.

Thanks, you worked really hard to put out multiple Oracles to keep up with all the recent Q posts, and I think I am a behind by 1 or 2. I will redouble my efforts to not miss them.

I'm not obsessed with Manafort, but Mueller sure is. I think Mueller maybe misunderstood a lot of things. Manafort was never seen as someone particularly close to Trump by people - I mean he was a hired gun brought in as an insurance policy to wrangle delegates when there was some thought that it might be needed. Trump's surge in the late primaries made his particular skill set unnecessary, and he was let go right after the convention.

So Muller's choice of him to reflect badly on Trump failed. It would be like it reflecting badly on me if my auto-mechanic was arrested.

And also, it's super clear that Manafort doesn't have any goods on Trump, why would he.

Maybe Mueller is dumb, maybe he doesn't care, anyone who ever did mroe than shake Trump's hand he will try to crush, I'm not sure.

So, I don't think the Manafort's convictions scare Trump one iota, nor are they particularly persuasive now that we've seen the (first) trial come and go. Yeah, he paid his gardeners with foreign accounts.

If the new standard for Washington is "we will review every tax return for 20 years for errors and omissions, we will put you in jail for undclared income and foreign accounts" I bet at least 80 of 100 Senators would be where Manafort is.

The charges maybe looked a bit more formidable before we saw that details, and everyone was saying he was going to rat-out Trump.

Even the Judge was making fun of the Mueller team, telling them in court "You don't care about Manafort, you are just using him to try to get Trump".

So I totally agree with your "He doesn't touch Trump" analysis on that Bagster.

In fact team Mueller so overplayed their hand that I've started to feel sorry for the guy. I'm not naturally sympathetic to tax cheats, but it's far from the worst crime in the books. But going back 10 years and the massive over-charging (imagine having to defend against the Federal Government in two venues at once!) has made me even more cynical about the DOJ and American Justice in particular.

And, I now hope that (at the appropriate time) Trump pardon's him.

I should probably have explained that better.
