As I recall, the C_A had seven supercomputers that they named for the 7 Dwarfs not Snow White. I think that Q is saying that 3,4,6,&7 of the top guys in the C_A are "Offline" whatever THAT means. Jail, detained, fired, or just blocked. Your guess is as good as mine.
Personally, I don't think we've tried much transparency on the part of our upper tier leaders. I think radical transparency would be worth an earnest try. After all, God declares that *ALL* will be exposed--down to our hidden thoughts and intents of our hearts.
Maybe we should get used to it.
