This has me wondering too. What gives me pause is the seeming calling of the date by Q. Who visited him near the near? He last tweeted 6 days ago. With brain cancer would he really be able to do that? Something is unsettling.
I would say "it depends." Certainly possible. I tend to shy away from the more bizarre theories and speculation such as McCain is still alive, or he died 30 days ago.
Q is not omniscient, and most of the remarks are cryptic, amenable to multiple interpretations and infinite creative speculation and imaginary inference.
Yeah, as if another someone, which many here people assumed, had taken over everything that was McCain. THAT is why he “died” the same day as Swimmer Kennedy, I suspect.

I suspect no name was on a respirator with very little or no brain activity. At 4:28 the respirator was turned off.
“Not on his terms” most likely refers to no Senator Cindy, no Senator Meghan.
