That’s my view - the white hats ensured that Soros’ machines in a few select counties (e.g. Broward in FL) were not able to be tinkered with remotely to send enough fake Clinton votes to swing the entire state.

That’s what sent Clinton into the drunken rage and the Deep State/MSM into panic on Election Day 2016.

Funny, I was just listening to X22 Report. He just said something to the effect of, "Think about this: Trump put certain individuals into certain positions that are normally held by civilians. Marine generals serving in positions normally held by civilians. This is a military operation".
